-Euphorbia canariensis, commonly called Hercules club, Canary Island Spurge or Spanish Cardón is native to the Canary Islands and is the symbol of the island Gran Canaria

-Offered in a variety of sizes as calloused cuttings that are ready to plant upon arrival. As well as fully rooted live plants

-A spectacular treat for any collector or euphorbia enthusiast, watch as this plant grows into a clump of thick, cubical, upright branches off its main stem

-This plants size is determined primarily by how and where it is planted.

-You can plant it in beds, in drought tolerant gardens, and in house pots. If your local weather stays above freezing year-round it can planted in ground and enjoyed in its full glory.

When grown as a houseplant, the plant usually doesn’t grow beyond one meter tall, so you can easily keep it indoors.

-Fascinating fact: this plant doesn’t have leaves. Photosynthesis happens completely through its stems and branches!

-The branches and stem are green with touches of red.

-They prefer full sun exposure but can persist in light shade. They also are preferential to warmth and don’t like temps below 40F. In spring and summer water moderately waiting for the substrate to dry in between.

-In autumn and in winter water only every 6-8 weeks. If you grow as a houseplant, ensure it gets at least three hours of direct sunlight every day. Place in a south or west facing window and make sure to turn it periodically for best growing experience!

We will ship each plant very carefully and well protected like the way we would like to receive a plant! With this in mind, minor damage could occur in transit. Some plants go through stress during the shipping process and could arrive looking a little sad; discolored, wilted, loss of leaves, etc. Rest assured, with time and proper care, they will bounce back. We cannot be held liable for any shipping damage or delay that occurs during transit. However, we will work with you to find an equitable solution for all. In the off chance this happen, it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with shipping courier and we will gladly assist.

We do not accept returns. If there is an issue or concern upon arrival, please reach out to me the same day the plant is delivered and be able to provide a picture depicting the issue. We are happy to help with any concerns and will work with you to correct issues!
